Delivery & Returns

I aim to send all standard items out within 2 working days of receiving your order, using the Royal Mail 1st Class service. (N.B - this is not a guaranteed service and can take a little longer to reach the recipient during Christmas, Easter and Bank Holiday periods) For express orders, I will post out the following working day using the Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service to ensure your order arrives in plenty of time.

In the event that your order does not reach you or you have not received your order more than 3 working days after the allocated delivery time, please get in touch using the form on the 'Contact' page and I will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

For bespoke services and products, the turn around time for your order will be discussed during the initial stages of design.

Should your order arrive damaged, there is a mistake with your order or you are not completely satisfied with what you have received, please get in touch to arrange a replacement or to discuss how we can aim to resolve the issue.
